Funky Friday
I have a few pics that fall under the "funky" category from my visit with friends last week. Check this out, a blow/puffer fish lamp, found at the antique/vintage store where Penny resides: Words fail me. It definitely qualifies as funky. The piano, below, might be more interesting than funky per se. Either way, it's pretty neat. It's on the main street in Cobourg, ON and has a bona fide old letter scrawled across it, the front and both sides. I wish I could recall what the letter was about and who it was addressed to. The piano is there for anyone to play. Maybe not quite funky, but definitely intriguing to me, was this house complex on one of the country roads in the area. The main (?) house seems to be modeled after a tiny house, though it's definitely larger. I would have loved to talk to the owners, get a tour of the place.
