I'll Pass On Having That Done Again
I'll just take a pass on having yet another ortho wire bonded onto the back of my front teeth, thanks.
That was an hour and a half in the dentist's chair, partly because she was running a bit behind and partly because I was a guineau pig for the type of wire and method of bonding it on. Yay me.
My head is pounding from the tension--and all the drilling to remove the old bonding--and my crown hurts so much that I can feel the pain all through the right side of my jaw. Probably due to the cold air the assistant was blowing on it for much of the procedure.
BTW, my dentist saved the "old" wire, the one she had put on last month, just in case she needs to reuse it at some point in the future.
I can't do emoticons in Google Blogger, otherwise I'd be inserting a slew of horrified faces right now. No, no, no, no, no. Absolutely not again.
