BTW, there were no drips at all yesterday, none this AM. I am entertaining the possibility that it is related to condensation in cold weather. Cold pipes + hot water draining. Beats me. If there's no dripping all spring and summer, but it starts dripping again in the fall/winter, I guess I'll have my answer. We shall see! I'm just glad I didn't pay a plumber to come out; it would have been wasted money. (And did you know that Mr. Rooter's minimum charge for pipe replacement is 5 feet/$230? I'll never call them again unless it's an emergency and I'm desperate!)
Oh, this morning's sunrise was absolutely magnificent. If any of my snapshots came out, I'll post them tomorrow.

I have my fingers crossed and Charlie's got his paws crossed - not that I know anything about plumbing but if it's condensation is that a "better" diagnosis? I hope so!!!
Plumbers do charge an awful lot - shockingly so! I wish I had the patience and inclination to have trained as one - I'd be raking it now!!
