How many calories?!?
I bought this brownie mix yesterday because, duh, sweet tooth.
So I made it up yesterday afternoon, sans nuts of course, then actually looked at the calorie count per serving.
400 calories. Per serving.
That's a meal!
So I guess the oh, row and a half I ate once they were cooled means I had about 2 days worth of calories.
The rest are in the freezer, in reasonable serving portions.
I'd buy the mix again--it's actually quite tasty, though somewhat crumbly in spite of all the fat it takes--but I'd substitute unsweetened applesauce for half the fat. Because gluten and corn-free apparently doesn't mean low calorie and healthy. :-P

It's great that there's a pack of it though - that's brilliant!!
Just wondering - are you going dairy free too? Cos I'm sure you can make brownies with gluten-free flour for less calories with a bit of egg (2 eggs?), sugar (over-ripe bananas make a great substitute), dark chocolate (that I swear to all that is holy is good for you!!) and low fat marg!
:-)
Take care

It seems that most of us who go gluten free buy crap food because it has a 'gluten free' label.:-)
There is another blog I follow that you may be interested in. This is another approach to a new diet - it allows some grains, but is still gluten free (and sugar free too) I've made several of Erica's recipes - they all work, they are all easy and so far, all really delicious http://comfybelly.com
