A Bit of Whimsy
I popped into the office this morning to water my plants, then walked down along the waterfront for a bit. On the way down, through campus, I came across this little tree, decorated with these cute ornaments. A bit of whimsy, I thought.
BTW, I seem to have a real knack for choosing the coldest days to take a few snapshots. It was -17C this morning, with a windchill into the -20s Celcius. Even with thick layers, I was cold!
P.S. I miss my TV! Even though CBC Radio 1 does some really interesting stories. Thankfully, I can knit and listen to the radio at the same time. LOL.

Oh noes!! Can't you watch telly streamed live on the pc? Oh double noes! I know I can only do this with the BBC. Any other channel and my pc freezes - can't handle all the commercials - LOL!

Awww now who decorates the tree with these things? The theme seems to be activities - fishing, sports, painting..! Hmmm!!! Very interesting!
p.s I'm sure your blog header pic melted too - yesterday - it was definitely covered in snow!

I hope you get a TV soon. We are TVaholics and have our shows lined up every night. I've even made our own TV Guide with just the weekly shows we watch so nothing gets missed in taping. Not very productive, I know, but we both enjoy it a lot. We're also both on our computers or reading our Kindles, too. The Age of Toys.
oh dear, -17C, i am grateful to say we have not *enjoyed* those temperatures since february last year, i would be very happy if we could be without them this year. touch wood.
