Amazing what one week of sunshine can do

I had physio again this morning (good session, things seem to be coming along, albeit slowly). Of course I had my little Elph with me, since I carry it everywhere. Okay, not the work washroom.

But see what just one week of sunshine and summer temps can do?

Today, a mere week later.
 
Plus a lovely tulip display!
 
 
 
Would that Spring could last several months, not the week or two (or less--ha) that we typically get. There's no season more soul-renewing and glorious for me!

I loved seeing those photos. Just what I was waiting for. Beautiful pictures and a good display of how mighty Spring is. Blink your eyes and there are blooms and leaves and sweet fragrances in the softer air.

Wow, that's quite a change in a week. The green makes everything seem so fresh and alive. I like the bright greens of spring compared to the dull, waxy greens of summer. Sometimes plants seem tired already by the time June or July arrives!

@Bellen: I know, the contrast is remarkable. It really doesn't take long, though, for the leaves to pop when you have a stretch of weather into the low-mid 20s Celsius (70s F). I love it!
