Our holiday e-card to all
I admit I'm lacking in any holiday spirit this year, with all the sadness and tragedy in the cat blogging world lately, never mind the state of the world. (And if you haven't already, please stop by with condolences on dear Tucker's passing, from "I Have Three Cats." He was a kitty warrior indeed, and so deeply loved.)
Nonetheless, Ann at Zoolatry had designed a beautiful e-card for us, and I would like to offer it, with my/our best wishes for a far, far better 2022.
There are three sizes: e-card, post and sidebar, and they can be found on our Holiday 2021 page (tab next to "Home" in the top menu).
I honestly don't know if Derry will be with me this time next year, given his age and the health changes I see in him, but that's all the more reason to appreciate every day we do have--all of us.
I hope, though, if I'm typing an update at this time next year, that unlike 2021, there will have been more smiles and more laughter than tears.
I wish you all holiday Joy and Peace, even if only a spark. A spark is enough to keep alive the Light.
Blessings.

What a joy to view such a pretty card!
Left you a comment...
Also left a comment before already on Tucker's blog.
It is sad when we lose our fur baby companion(s).
We both are not yet in the spirit of Christmas, aside from my singing.
Our painters did decide to start painting 'first' an apartment inside... So we have to wait and wait. Hate that as we've pressure washed the home as they demanded and it only is perfectly clean for so long. But they use the excuse for it might rain... Those forecasts are so often way off!
We all depend on other people's watch as a dear friend used to say...
Indeed, let's pray and HOPE for a better 2022.
This past week I was so worried about our most skinny fur baby Bandido. He vomited in the middle of the night, so violently... Did clean it up right away but worried as to what did cause it. Senior kitties do come with worries about their health. He's fine once again. So happy we got solid oak floors and also grateful that he went under the bed and behind the sofa; not on the wool/silk rug in the living.
Big hugs and stay cozy in your weather zone.

All the best to you and Derry this holiday season.
Wishing a Meowy Chrissymouse to you and Derry (who is looking furry handsome and mancatly, as always).
