Kim the pottery cartoon made me laugh so hard you probably heard me in Canada. WOW Angel Madi was pawsitive her Daddy was in serious need of help. Any time he sat down to write checks, he had return address labels, stamps and a pen. She routinely knocked each of them off the table one at a time from the minute he sat down until he got up. Each time one went flying gave him a look that said 'yes I did it and I will do it again'! Hugs Cecilia
Having a cat that tended to mark his territory when he was stressed (Saku), I'd rather have the post it notes. He no longer does it now that he's the only cat bur after Sami passed it was really bad. The pottery one was truly funny!
Dearest Kim, Those are real funny ones. The other night (very early morning...) I heard our Spooky the alpha cat, making noises that made me run down the stairs. Luckily the staircase door to garage was not locked. When I pulled it open at once there stood Spooky—next to our car and he was chasing off an intruder kitty! He ran off through the cat door and then, together with Spooky I went after him through the opened up garage door, making sure that he would GO. He crossed the road and vanished in the wilderness... No telling where he lives. AHA—he came inside to mark our garage. When I first came down the stairs I smelled it and sure enough alongside the outer wall, on the tiles there was even pee. Hate such intruders as it upsets our kitties and one never knows. We'd had it once before that a full male came inside the house and sprayed—his perfume! Awful. We love kitties but not always and all the time... Hard to keep your own under control and make them behave as being taught from birth. Hugs, Mariette
