I'll be back to work on Wednesday, should be able to resume "normal" posting at that time. My thoughts and prayers to All Beings in need; there aren't words for recent and ongoing global events, or for the losses around the Cat Blogosphere last week. 🙏💔

Nicki looks a little pensive, as if he was thinking on some serious work that must be done inside. They both have such sweet faces. Good luck with going back to work and getting into the groove again. Catastrophes all over the world and I don't think a single prayer we send up seems to be helping but we must continue praying.

Lynn, no, prayers don't seem to make a difference. But better to pray than to curse and hate. It's truly mind-boggling, how heinous our species can be; I will never understand it.

The bug wouldn't stand a chance against Derry. Lovely shots of both boys!

I've been watching the news every morning, and trying to learn more about the history of the region. I keep coming back to the same thought, there will be no winners in this conflict. Sadly, it will be the most innocent who are bear the brunt.
