Thankful for a lovely day

I took a walk around Lake Ontario Park on Sunday morning. Nothing out of the ordinary, just an enjoyable stroll on a lovely day!

No real updates at my end, other than I paid the 50% for the flooring, so I'm committed now. Oh, and the person who bought the adjoining unit doesn't seem to have moved in yet. They come for a few hours after work (longer last weekend) but aren't sleeping here. I think they must be painting, top to bottom. There's no hammering (yet?), but I can hear something being dragged across the floor from time time. I hope they're in favour of area rugs (the previous neighbours were not). Time will tell!

Everything sure looks pretty, love those water views!
I always enjoy your photos! Now on the flooring, hope with the down payment they can schedule something before cold weather? And your new neighbor may be a single instead of a couple and/or
with children. That could make them quiet, but not every loner is quiet are they. It was scorching for days and then we had this cold weather mornings again. So desperately need rain. Lynn and Precious
Dearest Kim,
Looks like a lovely stroll indeed, with the usual critters.
Hugs,

What a lovely day you had for a walk, and wonderful photos. I especially love the squirrel. (Even though they can be a nuisance.)
I do hope the new neighbour is quiet - it does sound like they are doing some painting at the least before moving in. Fingers crossed!

The squirrel looks cross at something... I hope when you meet your new neighbours, they are good and decent folk. Waiting can be a bit nerve-wracking...

Kim what lovely snapshots around Lake Ontario PARK.
I can almost feel the water rippling ...and hear the it lapping against the sail boat. Wat a pretty tangerine colored flower

That does look like it was a wonderful day, Kim. The squirrel on the tree made us laugh. It looks like it's barking orders. To whom, we don't know, but that's what we imagined. :)
The photos are beautiful! Toes crossed the new neighbor/s are decent folk (and quiet!)
