It's Definitely a Full Moon

You'd think 25 minutes in the grocery store, in-between buses, would be enough to pick up a handful of items. But noooooo....I get in the line up where the poor clerk has to call for two overrides on the cash register, because of some customer-caused problem. Honestly, if she had had to call for a third, I think I might have screamed.

I was lucky to just make my bus, and only because I ran and because the driver was kind enough to pull up, as he'd already pulled away from the curb.

Yeah, it's a full moon tonight.

Snapped last night, almost full.
I want to say how much I appreciate the comments, both public and private, on yesterday's post. Really great, thought-provoking stuff, and definitely terrific suggestions/advice. At least we're all in the same boat--all of humanity, I mean. Non-humans are blessed to live without the anticipation of suffering and grief.

There certainly was a lot to reflect on. I think it comes down to less thought and more action.  :-)

My favourite reflective window on campus,
snapped a couple of weeks ago.
I hope everyone's had a good Monday...not a full-moon crazy one. LOL.

I hate that with going to a shop! I ALWAYS pick the wrong queue - as in something always goes wrong with people ahead of me! Always! LOL!

Oh the full moon! Oh noes!! LOL! But I must be calm, I must be centred, I must be grounded! LOL! I know I don't make resolutions but that's sort of my attempt at a few! Last year I let the moon pull me left right and centre and it all ended far too cathartically for me so this time I must must must be forewarned and armed! Walk away from the situation and do not, whatever you do, grab the nearest item and chuck. Ahem! LOL!

Oh but your pic is beautiful! Look at that wonderful perfect star. I did see a programme explaining why most stars and all planets are circular! I can't remember why now - LOL- but I just think it's a most wonderful shape!

Goodness the last pic looks like a haunted house - actually - it's inspiring a story within.. hmm!! If I get this story published - you will of course be credited!! Hah!
:-)

Take care

It's always so frustrating getting into the wrong line-up at the grocery store. I do it every time. :(

It always amazes me, that though we live on opposite sides of the world - we see exactly the same moon. Though it was shrouded in wind-blown cloud over here :-)

Love those pictures. I read back and am so glad to find out that Derry doesn't need a dental, yay! You must be so relieved.
The last house does look rather haunting, but beautiful. It's the heading picture that I can't get out of my mind. It's just beyond words. A perfect photo of a perfect location. I want to spend the rest of my life living there. Is it a private residence or what?

And how did you get such a perfect picture of the moon? I can't even get a sleeping cat in focus.
