Reach for the Top

In Canada, "Reach for the Top" was the name of a television show that pitted high school students against each other in a question and answer game. It ran on CBC from 1966 to 1985.

At the cat show this weekend, however, "reach for the top" has a different meaning. Especially when you're a Bengal kitten.

The climbing posts were new this year, by the way.  :-)

It's still grey on grey here, with a messy, snowy/rainy week ahead. Everyone I know seems to be feeling the effects of the lack of sunshine, and of the seemingly endless winter weather. So I'll post a few leftover pics from the greenhouse last week (was it only last Sunday?), for some colour. I know I'm feeling quite desperate for green now!
Funky bark! I don't know what the plant/tree is, though.
If someone knows, feel free to post a comment!
I hope everyone has a good week. Purrs and peace from the boys.  :-)

I do believe that is a banana tree :) We had one in our backyard, but it never produced bananas.

The sun went away this afternoon and it is not supposed to come back until Thursday :(

The pole climbing looks like tons of fun! My kitties would love that! I wish I could make a floor to ceiling sisal post for the kitties, but my wife continues to veto the idea. :(
That plant looks something like a palm of sorts? Do you have a picture of the whole plant?
I had a Bengal come over for boarding once and they are so beautiful! Love that breed but they do need lots and lots of playtime to use up all those energy. :)

Those photos were lovely.
There is alot to be said about not seeing much sun and how it affects their personalities.

Have a good week!
