Exercise for the 60+ (Cute)
My "old" boss sent this joke to our retiring staff member (they're both 60, btw), and copied the rest of us:
EXERCISE FOR PEOPLE OVER 60
Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at each side.
With a 5-lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax.
Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer. After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato bags.
Then try 50-lb potato bags and then eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb potato bag in each hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute.
After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each bag.

Our retiring staff member's response? That he's past that level, he's up to two potatoes in each 100-lb bag. :-)

Hope the sun starts warming up that frozen vista...we're just above zero here today so not much melting today.
I am onto a brand called Merrick, which is a good, healthy food and lo and behold, Tungsten is eating quite a bit of it. Several of the other cats like it (for the moment). Turkey is the preferred flavour, right now. So she is eating more tinned food.
But she'll still get the syringed supplemental water...
